the staff was pleasant and helpful! the room was super clean, i felt right at home. the buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty! i loved that the hotel is located in a beautiful part of town, close to metro and other public transport options, it made getting around super easy.
I wish the showerhead was more adjustable. It was stuck in a low position. it made things a bit complicated when i wanted to lather up without soaking the whole room, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

the staff was very attentive. the room had a nice size. very neat place (i really appreciated that). i also found the location to be quite convenient with the metro stop nearby. there were many nice restaurants in the area, something i greatly enjoyed.
the absence of coffee or tea making facilities in the room was a drawback. i considered that a basic amenity. the room seemed somewhat small too.
